No, we strictly don’t use any white flour and our plum fruit cakes are only made of 100% organic whole wheat flour that contains more nutrients and fiber.

Our plum fruit cakes are best consumed within 12 months from the date of manufacturing.

It is generally recommended to consume cakes within 7 days of opening the vacuum packaging to ensure that the cake remains fresh and retains its flavor and texture.
